Eddie Smith (b. 1974) Is a principal concept artist / visual developer based in Los Angeles, California.
With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, Eddie has worked for clients/employers like Microsoft, Sony, Bungie, HASBRO/Wizards of the Coast, and many others.
His most notable condributions to franchises are Halo 2, F.E.A.R. 3, Mech Warrior 4: Vengeance, Dungeons & Dragons, G.I. Joe, and Ryse: Son of Rome.
Eddie provides a range of artist development concepts, production illustrations, and visual targets that inspire creative teams and business developers alike.
Able to meet any visual-development needs of an intellectual property, using 2D as well as 3D tools and techniques, Eddie also works to establish art/design principals that help strategically art-direct any development team toward its vis/dev goals.
